I had some pretty severe brake problems, and the team at Midas was able to get me in and out very quickly for a really reasonable price! Gary, who was my main contact through the process was very pleasant to work with and went out of his way to communicate clearly the work they were doing.

I had an oil change at a shop in Pekin and as I was driving north my engine light turned on. I noticed the engine sounded funny too. So I stopped at Midas and the guys said my engine filter bracket was not properly clipped in. The shop had checked my filter and didn't put it back in properly. So grateful for the quick fix by the Midas mechanics AND they noticed my windshield washer fluid was low so they topped me up at no charge.

I had a great experience with Midas. I started hearing some unusual noises from my car, so I took it to another shop first. Without even really looking at it, they quoted me around $800 for new brakes and rotors, which didn’t feel right since my car is pretty new. They even talked to me about financing options. I decided to wait and had a friend take a look, and he didn’t see anything wrong with the rotors. To be safe, I went to Midas for a second opinion. They inspected everything and told me my brakes and rotors are practically brand new. The only thing they noticed was a little brake dust, nothing that needed repair, and they dusted it off. The inspection ended up being completely free, and they saved me over $800 by being honest. That level of integrity really earned my trust. As someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about cars, I especially appreciated how straightforward and respectful they were. I’ll definitely be going back!
